To let you know about Duke's Lodge, you must first know about me. I found my passion of all animals growing up around dogs, then horses. My first job was at a pet store and working with animals continued into my adult life. The 2 most memorable was a horse boarding and training facility, and a dog boarding kennel. As I became close to my clients, I learned their concerns for bringing aging pets to the high-stress environment or finding care for their larger and exotic pets at home.
That's how Duke's Lodge emerged. I wanted to create a resource for people in my community to be able to travel with ease and free from worry. Regardless of the type of animal, we'll come to you! Your pets get to stay in the comfort of their home, you don't have to worry about transporting them before and after traveling, and you don't have to make multiple arrangements for all your animals.
